Lay’s Potato Chips

 

Overview:
One of the largest potato farmers in the country created an event and education space then said, “Hey Lay’s, wanna do something here?” Created at Highdive with Southern Made leading fabrication; we created a flexible brand center at this location that was part fun part learning.

The entirety of the building’s spaces are flexed on any given week for different events (mostly targeted at older teens); so we created a movable, modular system that allowed the Lay’s portion to expand or contract based on footprint requirements on any given day. The modular set up included multiple 2-sided pillars for sampling/catering or brand messaging, a photo-op rainbow wall of Lay’s flavors, a golden tractor, potato-themed seating, and a giant interactive pillar with four touch-screens that housed customized Lay’s video games. Steve’s Ice Cream

Overview:
Steve’s Ice Cream doesn’t just consider its ice cream dessert; they consider it art. And to celebrate that, they wanted to expand the artful feeling the flavors inspire by going where artists go: The Art Museum! We partnered with artist Dan Lam to create large scale, interactive art that responds to hot and cold temperatures, just like ice cream and was inspired by the flavors. These large instillations where placed at the Boston Institute of Contemporary Art during the summer where we threw parties with ice cream, drinks, and music. We had four events over the Summer where thousands of people came to enjoy the art and the artful ice cream. Made at Forsman & Bodenfors and with fabrication partner Ghost.

World of Hyatt x American Airlines

Overview:
To announce their new rewards partnership, we brought American Airlines air travel down to World of Hyatt hotels with an “in the clouds” themed party. Complete with a photo-booth that made you look like you were actually in the clouds. We also had custom cocktails, a menu created by in-attendance celebrity chef Tom Colicchio, and airplane inspired decor. This launch event was attended by the highest ranking World of Hyatt and American Airlines rewards members on the rooftop of the Beekman Hotel in NYC as well as social influencers to announce the partnership. Guests also received hand-painted luggage tags and custom swag from the two brands. Created at Forsman & Bodenfors.

Old Navy

Overview:
To Old Navy, the annual $1 Flip Flops Sale is the official kick off of Summer. If Summer is truly here, then everyone is ready to defrost. So we froze dozens of the sandals in giant blocks of ice and placed them on the Santa Monica Pier and in Soho Manhattan. People flocked to the blocks to get their free pairs out of the ice and officially start summer. Made at CP+B.
